That I can't answer what I do know is Arm In Arm helps you with back rent, security deposits, light bill, they have a good pantry, and some other services. They are also doing taxes for free.

You need to call them or go to there office with an is and notorized letter from the person the check belong n they can help you out..if not then call or go into the social security office to see if the check was returned..I know they help with rent, security n also people have there social security checks send to them so they can take there part of the rent n then what ever is left over goes to the person that the checks belong too.. hopefully I could b a helped
