Why does it take 15 minutes just to get one burger? I honestly like the food but the wait keeps me from coming back. Ive heard the same from other people.

The quality of their food has gone down and the staff and management does not care. 1-10 scale I'll rate it 4.And I am a foodie &eat at a variety of restaurants.

How long do you wait to be served when you go inside a restaurant !!! The wait is not unreasonable. I would call in you order before you leave home.

Staff collects orders from customers and takes them inside, where the food is prepared fresh. If there is a lengthy queue, this can increase your wait time. It's how made-to-order food service generally works... try calling in your order ahead of time.
