Just wondering if anybody else has ran across the same problem at this particular Jimboy's when you are walking into the lobby there are homeless people sitting there asking you for food they don't make them leave ...its hard to eat

I have not encountered that situation. Management should handle that especially if you tell them you will eat somewhere else and put it on YELP!
