It is much cheaper than in shape ,but it doesn't have the tennis courts, sauna, and/or the pools that in shape has. This gym might have about the same amount of machines for working out if not more and is very spacious. They also have classes just like in shape and even have a martial arts class too. I would recommend this gym over in shape if you don't really care too much about the pools, tennis courts, and sauna. This gym is only $10 with a checking account ,while in shape can cost you upwards of $35 depending on how much you pay for the enrollment fee.
It's got brand new equipment skeighs, punching bag I had 2 you tube most of the equipment and then pulled lots of workouts less people more time 2 workout also less $$
