Good luck. You can't. Sorry. I've been here since the end of November and have found that EVERYTHING here is backwards, more trouble than it SHOULD be, and extremely irritating. Unnecessarily irritating. Again, good luck. Oh, and PACK A LUNCH, charge your cellphone, be prepared to be at the DMV FOREVER! They're PAINFULLY slow and rude. I've NEVER experienced anything like it for a simple transfer of my DL and I'm from Detroit.
