Do you mean "demean"----to put down? "Demeanor" is someone's mannerisms, mood and behavior.
Been going there for years, once every two or three months, never seen them mistreat anyone. Even the homeless guys.
Customer service may not be their strong suit,but tell me how cheerful is someone expected to be working in that environment day in and out? I will say though,that my experience there has always been, at least "ok" and occasionally I've come across employees who were out of their way nice. Their job is a paycheck,not a career goal, cut them some slack. You are literally giving them your garbage to sort through,so why are you pompously talking about "demeanor"?
