The longest line I saw yesterday, went all the way to the back of the store. Why not increase staffing for those busy times of day? It’s just a good business practice. I left yesterday not purchasing the one item I wanted because I didn’t have the time to wait in that line. I have to make a second trip to pick it up. Otherwise, I would have been there for another hour just standing in line. My question is, why not increase staffing for your busiest times?
I've been to other Ross stores with even more customer flow. The lines may be the same way long but not spend a lot of time like this store
That depends on the time of day. That is also not a question.
Long lines
weekends usually the busiest
Depends on the time of day
