Do they do credit checks? My credit is bad due to student loans. I’m moving to Vegas in January and I have money for a deposit. I’ve been in my apartment for 5 years.

Although we do have a standard and higher deposit option, please ensure you read the criteria prior to submitting the application. There is a possibility an applicant may be denied.
