Do they take low income clients who need veterinary care and can't afford the average rates but love their pets just as much?

I took my dog two weeks ago and they have me an invoice before they did anything...it was 1100$...when I told them I only had 800$ on me at that moment they were more than willing to work with me...they generally seem to understand the bond people have with their pets...

Call an ask. I paided average vet rate. I myself LOVE the place. The whole staff is great! They took awesome care of my dog Mercedes.
