I'd be reluctant to purchase lamb from Harvest Fare. The ribs can be bought at ANY supermarket in some variety so if they don't have the flavor Im sure they have something close or you could Always go to next supermarket that's close.
No to st louis ..they sell the spices needed to make it...steak seasoning ..marinate..adobo..cajun..coarse pepper..and bbq different styles
I believe you meant, "lamb shanks". Yes, Harvest Fare sells lamb. As far as the ore-cooked, heat and eat St Louis ribs as can be found at Safeway, I cannot confirm in that I do not purchase ready made ribs in a grocery store, frozen food section. I prefer buying from a restaurant who's ribs I enjoy, and freezing them myself. However, in that Harvest Fare has a frozen foods section, I would be willing to bet they sell those just as any other supermarket. I hope I was able to clearly address your question.
