My husband purchased a senior National Park pass and we were told it would get us both in the any national park. But if we take this bus tour, does this now not apply because we are on a commercial tour and now do I have to get a pass just myself?

If you go in a your own car everyone in that vehicle goes under the senior pass, not sure on bus tour.

Nope, but you can use your pass for one person only, any additional person will be charged. I would call them to check.
