No this is just how it is. There was an elderly couple living next door to us for 15 yrs. One week he got sick and didn't cut the grass. They were nasty to him from that point on. They started fine him for everything. There just nasty.
i noticed alot of negetative reviews for the park $50 fines ? Harrassing tenants is this from people not following rules and creating problems for them selves ? Lot rent going up ever year ? More expensive rent if you own your home ? Thanks for all the help
560ish. It is high, but it's also a really nice park. Eta my family is notorious for not trimming the grass or weeding the flower beds and we leave all the bikes out on the front lawn and generally have a very lived-in home. In the three years I've lived here I received one $50 fine because I paid my rent late cuz I just plumb forgot. we get notes a week before hand when they are ready to fine us if we don't clean up or mow, and well $50 is steep for mowing the lawn and weed-eating, it does get done so it is a payment for a service. The complaints about the water going out are really valid though. There was a month a few months back where we had to boil water for about 10 days.
I don't know the exact lot rent amount but, we moved in over a year ago. Renting a 3bdrm 800-ish sqft ex FEMA trailer for $649/mth. Lot rent included. When we signed the lease for another year our rent jumped because they said lot rent went up. We now pay $679/mth. If you ask me this is way too high for what we are living in. For this reason we'll most likely be moving when the lease is up. We almost can't afford this now, let alone if it goes up again.
$545-$585 a month
