Lot rent ranges from $335.00-$390.00 depending on lot size and whether it's a single wide or double wide mobile home. There is nothing for sale within the community as of 3/14/22 that we are aware of at this time. It is always worth checking back in as we do have residents sell every once in a while.
Lot rent will be $335.00 beginning March 1, 2022 It is really hard to reach the office. If you leave a message they will eventually get back to you. This is a beautiful park with friendly people!
