Besides peroxide I use tea tree oil toothpaste and mouthwash. I brush with a Sonicare electric toothbrush for gum health.
Peroxide with water as stated already. Sometimes warm salt water. But I strongly advise you to get to a dentist for antibiotics, an infection in your head is serious. I had a back molar pulled, dentist showed infection started that close to the brain is scary.
