HR does not talk to employees on the phone. If you need to reach HR and are an employee you would have been given national number to call and a contact email. There is no number to call in to really reach someone locally. If you do get a local number the only option you have is to speak to a security guard if you have an emergency. This is mainly for if like a family member of an employee is extremely ill and that employee needs to meet them at a hospital. Things like that. In those cases we pass messages to the employee.
