I would say yes

BB Riverboat WILL postpone if high water. I was given 3 options: #1 Full refund #2 reschedule for next cruise trip plus 2 complimentary drinks or sight seeing cruise voucher #3 a credit good for 2 years. They were very accommodating and easy to work with.

I'm sure they are on a day to day basis but definitely call..
