Why cant I talk to a person and ask if you have a product. I dont work for best buy I shouldnt have to go search a skew number or whatever. Gove me a live person. This is why people have such bad customer service. I see why best buys are closing.

You can always call your local store and talk to a person, either in a specific department or a phone operator. Not sure what number you're calling, or what product you're looking for (you can't place an item "on hold" and promise to come get it, but they can always check stock in the computer)... Please elaborate.

Unfortunately they are not set up to do that anymore. It makes for a bad overall brand experience.
