A lot of businesses are having staffing issues in today's market unfortunately and customer service suffers with the shortage. In store I always get good service but I do notice long waits at times for the service counter where I would imagine the incoming calls are routed to. They should do the headsets where the phone calls come in and any team member can get it anytime. I think that would help with the calls.
