This is based on an initial consultation. It’s a smaller store and they carry a lot of different items, so there is a little bit of everything. The major point for me is that they clearly care about the people coming into the store. it’s family owned, and you can tell by the way they treat you. Mollie spent quite a bit of time talking with me about the family stones I would like to incorporate into a ring or maybe multiple rings. She talked to me about budget, and even the repair of another ring with a setting that most folks don’t deal with anymore. Even though we were getting close to their closing time, she took notes, took measurements and talked with me about all the different things that could be done. What a great experience!
