Directly, no! But very rarely they run a promotion that you get a store gift card back when you register or renew. It usually happens around Christmas time (or black Friday ). There are also mixed promotions with Amex and Discovery time to time to receive some cash back, but it's not much too. Also, they might have student discount too, but you have to contact them for that.

I don't know of any discounts but you can call the store for policy.
