For local or regional intermodal truck position, does it really required to have hazmat endorsement or no?

Yes! With JB Hunt they will hire you without it BUT you have 60 days to aquire your Hazmat. I work here!

I don't belive you have to but there are some driving jobs that require Hazmat. Wouldn't be a bad idea just to get it that way you don't have to get it later.

You don't have to have hazmat to do intermodal. I don't have hazmat on my CDL and I do it all with no problem. Call and talk to a recruiter you will see
