"Mom" pierced my daughter's ears. She was 12, and I signed a waiver. She was great with her.
I am not totally sure but with a parents permission it might be good enough. Just call em and ask. Love this place. She does an excellent job with kids. Just like a mom. Good luck. Hope it works out for both of you.
