I had my septum piercing done here recently. I was very nervous but Mom did an awesome job. It was quick and painless and she told me exactly what to expect along the way. She was also very understanding of me getting dizzy following the piercing process.

You shouldn't need an appointmentbut if you do then they can be all ready for you and you won't have to wait for them to set up. Also I do believe that you need consent under 18. I could be wrong though.
