Why is there always only one employee when i come here? There 6 people behind me who all look like they worked hard all day and dont want to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. The least you could do is supply them with quick good service instead of the oppos

I'm afraid that thay are having trouble getting help don't know what they pay probably not much therefore there service has gone down hill we used to go to subway all the time not to much anymore at their new prices and bad service better to go to a sub shop and get a good sub!

I believe its the management trying to save as much as possible on outgoing costs to maximize profits. I feel your frustration. My experiences at the pleasant hill subway have been similar. Personally ive taken my business to the hot case next door at dari market
