Does anyone know if they use butter or any other dairy when they cook their steaks? And if they do are they willing to cook it without it?

Yes butter is used on most. However, you can request grilled hold the butter. They're awesome and will provide what's preferred.

I believe yes to the butter, you can always ask politely. I have always had a wonderful experience with staff.
