I was looking for fresh super hot peppers at the French market when I stumbled upon the Pepper Palace. I immediately was drawn to the selection and variety. I was able to taste test multiple types of sauces and discovered 2 super tasty scotch bonnet sauces. The fermented Rooster Reaper was also a favorite. I’m local so I’m definitely going back

A friend and I were walking down the street when we saw a friendly face from inside the store so jolly and full of excitement. Not knowing what this establishment was we decided to check it out. The full of life salesman named Ian was an experience all his own. We must have stayed in the store for hours just talking to him! We couldn't get enough!!!! Who is this guy and where can I get one? Needless to say we bought a ton of hotsauce we didn't even need all because of this pepper angel. Highly recommend 👌

All house branded stuff, none of the original Louisiana brands like Crystal or Tabasco. It may be good but it's not the traditional stuff.
