Each house has indivdual owners and are different in ways, ours had 3 on suit with king sized beds. There was also a pull out couch and 2 singles which you could use as well. Pricing is depending on many factors and owners requirements. You need to call. GA
It's not per person it's per house or hotel room. Just like renting anywhere else. One home could fit 12 uncomfortably. Usually 4 beds the one i got had a pull out. We did two homes for 16 people during the holidays and it was under 4k. Bring your own food trust me.

For pricess I suggest deal with them directly. I'm sure they will accommodate you based on size of family, event, ECT.
Well all the homes are individually owned at woodlock. The one we had had a different interior than the house next door to us. We had a coffeemaker they didn't. We had a vacuum and iron ironing board and blowdryer the other one didnt. Also we had a discount because of a wedding weekend planned there.
