The paved path gets you from the roads and parking areas down to the bridge and sitting area. To get down to the water, you have to go over/through the fence and down a steep cliff. There are a lot of signs telling you not to do this. If you really want to get down there, your best bet is to start at the trailhead on either Nightingale Ave. or Cherry Blossom Way. Those two paths connect to each other, but they also connect to the path that goes down to the bridge. Follow that steep path down. When it takes a hard left, stay on the right side and look down the cliff as you walk along the fence. You should see the spot that people use to go up and down. It's a steep dirt path with steps and handholds here and there. Stay safe if you choose to go down there. Slow and steady making sure each handhold and step is secure.
Once u get to the destination u will see sign for hidden falls just keep walking down
