I joined the free 1 month trial and when I decided it wasn't for me (due to past knee injuries) I came into cancel. They told me I'd have to pay the next month since I didn't give them 30 days notice so I frustratingly paid another month and let it go, thinking I would be done with them. It turns out they have charged me for the past three months. I called and went in person multiple times to get help and when I did get ahold of the manager she said she would fix it. She must not have done anything though because here I am being charged again! If you can't afford to lose $170 a month for 6 months don't even bother with the free trial.

I’ve been a member of OTF for 3yrs. When HV opened up and it was closer to my house I decided to check it out. They immediately made me feel like family! Best coaches and staff! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a community that pushes you and motivates you!
