Emissions are free and you get the waiver from the emissions office but if you NEED TO go around all that and just buy you another year before testing again just switch your title over to someone else name🤷🏾‍♀️
But my check engine lights on and it won't go off it's going to cost me another 700 solace 2 get it 2 cut off and I have already put in 700 in 80 dollars Into it. Trying to see Sears they will give me a waiver this time so I can get my tags
I'm not sure. In all my years of living in Granite City, I have always got an emissions test when requested and it's free in Illinois
