I lost my valid ID and my SSC and i was wondering without an Vaild ID can I still get my Ssc well a replacement so I can get an ID and so on and so forth

Try going to the dmv first. Sometimes they can issue your ID with your birth certificate and 2 official proofs of mail with address. Address had to match the address on your ID. Not sure if they still do that. Worth a try
