Because hiring someone to answer and direct phone calls cuts in to Walmart profit. Ever notice how long it takes to get your returned merchandise delt with.. oh, and how they don't have to hire checkers because they got you doing it for free.
When a place its always busy and not having enough workers. Their is never time to answer the phone. The only time in their hands is to satisfied the Costumer that walking in the door or drive thru.
If the number is not in my phone then I don't know them

Cause they probably cant ever hear the phone ring. Even when its not busy in that Walmart for some reason it still seems super loud in there.
Cause they don't care much about great service
Cuz they suck.
