I never make these kinds of reviews but I feel this one is worth it. I walked In for my 11:40 appointment right at 11:41 due to traffic outside the mall, and the minute i walked In the receptionist had an attitude and told me to go to the back desk to see if they “could still see me”, so i kinda laughed and went on about my appointment. the doctor was very nice, and when i went to go pick out frames i sat down for pricing with the same receptionist prior, where she stated there was some problems with my insurance and instead of being friendly and trying to help sort out the issue she states that it is my fault for not having it ready and for keeping the appointment when they called the day before (which i thought i had Sorted it out that day prior) and then proceeds to tell me “well I’ve never heard of that” when i try and provide other insurances i have. So I’m upset and no longer want to buy frames. So i just go ahead and pay for just the appointment out of pocket and she tells me to have a great day in a mocking manner and thanks me for my service; which to me was incredibly rude considering the fact she wouldn’t even try to help me figure out why my tricare coverage wasn’t in there system just 10 mins prior. 10/10 the worst experience I’ve ever had at any place which is very sad because the eye doctor was very nice. And normally im super understanding and wouldve just paid the prices however the receptionist ruined any kindness i had left because of her negative energy and bitter attitude.

Don't go here if you have anything but a simple, garden-variety vision problem. They tried hard, but they couldn't correct my vision -- first time that has happened in 60 years. I ended up going elsewhere (after I used my annual insurance benefits at Visionworks), where I was diagnosed and got help right away. Also: Their automated appointment system is exceedingly lame.
