No. They keep the heifers for milking, and most of the steers go to slaughter to produce meat for sale in their store.

We keep all our calves. The gals are raised until they have their own calf and enter the dairy herd and the fellas are kept until they are fully grown and mature enough to become beef.

I love the taste of your bottled milk, but is so confusing, the bottle does not say what percentage they are, red top 2%, whole milk green top and creamline blue top..what % is this?
