It was so nice to explore this little farm store! The employee we talked with was very nice and helpful, We got to try the ice cream flavor of the day (red velvet) which was really good (it had that homemade ice cream flavor/texture). Very good experience and I would go back again!

It should be printed in black ink on the side of the cap. It can be tough to see the black ink on our brown chocolate milk caps.

I bought a bottle of skim on Saturday & opened it today (Monday) to find the bottle plugged by something solid white. It didn’t smell, so I used a spoon to scoop it out. It was gooey. Milk tasted fine. What was it & why?

Colibri Lover | Oct 5, 2019

Brent knows his stuff! We are so sincerely sorry. When they bottled skim, dated 6/21, they did so after making cream (which is a big no no). There was still a little cream left in the filler and a small amount got into the skim. Over time it rose to the top of many bottles revealing its self. Cream is delicious in your coffee or when you're baking, but we do not want it in the skim milk. We offer a 100% guarantee on our product. We know you pay more for our milk and we always want to ensure you get your moneys worth. Please feel free to return to the store for a new bottle or to get your money back. Thank you for asking!

Recently, we purchased our weekly gallon of milk. It was dated Sept 22......but it had a funny taste. I thought it might be just that half gallon but when I opened the next one it had the same taste.. Have you had any other complaints?

Hildebrand Farms Dairy | Oct 5, 2018

Hi Connie, Very interesting. We have not had any other customers mention anything, but that doesn't mean that you're taste buds aren't right. We will do a little digging to see what could be off. What flavor of milk did you purchase? What store? We truly appreciate your reaching out so we can look into it. Just a heads up we offer a 100% guarantee on our product. Please feel free to return the bottle to the store of purchase and you will receive full credit back or can swap it for a new bottle. We know you pay more for our product and we want to ensure you get your moneys worth. You are welcome to call us at (785) 238-8029 and we can talk more.

RED HERRING | Oct 5, 2018

No. They keep the heifers for milking, and most of the steers go to slaughter to produce meat for sale in their store.

I love the taste of your bottled milk, but is so confusing, the bottle does not say what percentage they are, red top 2%, whole milk green top and creamline blue top..what % is this?

Sola Fadairo | Oct 5, 2017

I would imagine it's still while milk. From what I was told, the process creates smaller fat particles that are easier to digest for babies/infants as well as being better for cooking.
