Not sure depends on what you are applying for they can definitely use some better docs between their last ent, their heart doctor and er docs. I'm sure you could do better than most of them.
Need to follow up. Go to HR and ask them if the position you applied for got filled. Let them know you are still interested in working at BRHC and will be checking back with them in another week or so.
