It would be helpful if you said Bartle's address, what camp (LoneStar, Sawmill, or Piercing Arrow), and what campsite (each troop tends to take up one or even two campsites depending on their number of scouts, campsite names very between camps). And of course, your scout's name. If they have just your scout's name, then maybe, just maybe, they might still be able to get it to him. Hopefully, the troop's scoutmaster has listed the best mailing address for his troop down at camp this summer. Maybe he's posted it somewhere, online or in camp paperwork. Hope that helps.
