It's very hard to say that you're sorry but the important part is that you did. 👍I had a big mistake at Discount Tire in Olathe a few months back. I "lost" my pain medication and I blamed one from there. It turned out that it wasn't their fault but one of my neighbor. I had to muster everything I had to go apologize after I realized. I had to apologize in person, since this is a huge issue within our society at the moment. I still feel bad. I'm going to need to get him an anonymous Christmas bonus, or something... So... Don't feel too bad after your apology. It could have been way worse. ✌
