U mean like painful? Just like a normal cartilage on ur ear. Abd since its two piercings in one setting, the 2nd puerce dont hurt as bad. And the price...it depends on jewelry. Roughly 80-120$
It starts at $65 and they use surgical titanium for the piercings.
Kinda sucks but it isbt to bad over all. You can sleep on it in like 5 6 months
It burns for a little but just try not to sleep on it and it’ll start feeling better in two or three days
