I've watched as they completely ignore the phone and the customers at the counter. This location doesn't care about it's customers at all. By far the worst Popeyes in the Portland metro area. Sad the franchise continues to do nothing about it.
I've ordered over phone before but they're so busy its just as easy to order there.

Place your order you will be ok, they are super busy all the time I'm there!!
The phone number is still active, I have placed many orders through it. Depends on the time, unreliable at best. Just order when there.
They are too busy to answer the phone at times. :( Be patient call back or just place your order when you arrive if you want to go to this particular location. Great location otherwise!
