TL;DR: Go to another location, save your time and money. Before the pandemic, this location had fast, friendly staff. In the past few months, nearly every delivery has had missing content. Dine in/order ahead still takes at least 20 minutes (40 minutes total for order ahead). Staff are brief, uncaring, and do not respect guests. They'll ignore you if you're waiting at the counter to ask them something. In the attached photo, their lobby is "closed," but a manager let's their friend/family in, and takes his order. They need new management, because they have a disappointing team, and a skeleton crew that feels like they don't want to work there.

The best Popeyes in town. Especially today i had a great dinner with my daughter, we got a wonderful customer service from Gariel’s team at 7pm 06/25. He did very well treat to us and all the customers, they also manage orders quicker than normal . Super awesome! We’ll be back!!

Rare for me to give four to a fast food place, but hear me out. I have been going here for many years, and have never had a disappointing experience. I get simple things, road snacks, things I can eat on my way to my swing shifts. It's never bad. If you like Popeye's chicken, definitely hit this one, if you haven't.

The sides are awful. The chicken sandwich is good but I'm not a fan of the other chicken options. Way too much breading and the chicken takes really salty. Sorry.
