Is it legal for my neighbor to hide surveillance cameras and/or surveillance/audio cameras pointing at other residents windows, doors, etc. I feel this to be highly offensive, invasion of privacy

Actually no its not illegal..if the camera isn't visible and is not invading the privacy of an individual..then usually it's considered legal...without consent .

That is illegal it's evasion of privacy and can be considered as stalking

Then management needs to put a stop to it, and maybe let the flushing police know because I was told there's nothing I can do about it. In fact this particular person in question sure seems to have someone assisting him in falsifying police reports, verbal threat's to burn my home down, and consistent harassment towards me and others in the park and getting away with it. I am over it. I have lived here for 9 years without a single issue and it seems like the police threatened me not to assert myself in this person of which I have never done It's the other way around
