I personally haven't lived here, but I cosigned a lease so my mom could get in before her new job started getting her paychecks. I have attempted multiple times to get my named removed from the lease and provided the documents needed to show she can take over the lease by herself. It's been over 4 months, and I just keep getting the run around by the office staff. They never answer their phones when I call, and every time I drive (over an hour mind you) to go and talk in person, it's always "the manager handles that and they aren't here" or " We received something from corporate about it, but the manager left early."

I own my own home, and my lot rent is $443/mo, which only includes trash services. I've lived here 12-years, though, and am on a single wide lot. I've heard they have rentals starting around $700/mo, but don't quote me on it. Pretty sure those are just single wides, too. I know it's been a week, so hopefully you got answers, but if not, it's a start.
We have a corner party store and we are right down the road from the high way (towards mt. Morris In between linden & Jennings) and dollar general and a quick stop (towards McKinley road) lot rent the best answer would be to call the office before 4 or 5 pm
