Yes.. they can I've been here twice and my hair is very curly and a bit frizzy. Its was amazing how my hair ended up and in such a short time. Best thing is they are fast. I just did the flat iron not the treatment because I like my curly hair. Not only did it stay straight longer it was really well done. Best advice wash your hair before with your curly hair products.
They can work with all types of hair, they do really good work.
Yes really curly / thick hair works. Only issue is that you will need touch ups more often as new growth comes in, because you can see the curls more than waves. And it can get expensive.

You should ask them what is best for you are here they are very professional and knowledgeable and will do the best not to damage your hair. I usually get a keratin treatment which lasts 3 months but mine lasted almost 6. It is not as harsh with formaldehyde as Japanese straightening is
