Is it generally crowded and therefore kinda loud inside?

Crowded yes. Noisy no.

I went two times, one at 10 pm on a weekday...and it was rather crowded but not noisy...it was lively actually and didn't affect the service at all. The other time was around 7 pm on a weekend and it was almost empty.

Not loud at all

Normally fairly quiet :-)

Inside can get a little during peak hours but otherwise it's fine.

I ate outside on the porch. Not loud out there.
