Terrible experience at LAX. It’s a one person show. Relatively old car. No car play in the car. If the car would have had an issue or broken down, there was no support from them. Also when you drop off, there is no shuttle back to the airport. Had to get an Uber because there was no one there (this is at 9 am btw). My advice is to avoid renting from them and pay the extra dollars for a more reputable agency.

Great experience at the office near LAX — picked up right away by a nice man in a Mercedes minivan, very fast and straightforward, right to a car with only 4,000 miles on it. Yes, the office was a little sketchy, under an overpass with trash out front, but I've waited in long lines and endured hard insurance upsells getting cars at LAX from "name brand" agencies and I got none of that here. We were on the road in minutes. Same with the return. One walk around the car and he drove us straight to the terminal.

I was worried after pulling up to the office looked like sketchy place, weeds everywhere trash and inside the building no seating just very odd. Started to panic by the looks of everything. The car we rented was very nice and clean and pick up and drop off at airports were easy. The guy who picked us up was not friendly. All in all great price they just need to clean up the building and outside. Don't think I would ever use them again though.

Extremely smooth pickup and drop off process. The driver comes pick you up from the airport as long as you provide the flight number. The checkout is straight forward and very quick. The cars are newer with features such as Apple car play with a charger for the car. The people are friendly and drop off is at airport valet and the person drops you off directly at the airport in the same car. Leaves you with no hassle transferring luggage. Overall great experience and would recommend this car rental place to anyone traveling to Los Angeles.
