The actual rule is... You have to move at least 25 miles, then camp 14 days, then move 25 miles again. No one seems to care though
I've been here a while, even checked in, but haven't seen anyone from BLM. There's plenty of room.
I have so I would say yes. Many people do in fact dozens of people move between plamosa rd, dome rock, Ehrenberg, and a few other places
