They have a return desk
So there's a difference between Amazon Drop Off & Kohl's Drop Off. If you do not get the Kohl's Drop Off option when you process the return, they cannot take your amazon.com return. If you only get the Amazon Drop Off, you have to go to CSULB to take it to the drop off location.
