As an owner already answered, yes. At the couple I've personally been to, it seems to be available more often than not. Much like the rest of the gym, they're rather well kept, I can't remember ever seeing it dirty.
Yes, the one at the Oak Forest location is not in use most times I am there (I am there usually 5 days a week)
