In Need of a replacement watch battery? Can anyone recommend a place near downtown Evanston?
Elaise it depends on what kind of watch. Generally most are quartz (battery) watches and just need a battery replacement which costs from $10-$15. If it is a mechanical (wind up) watch, and not working, we would have to take the watch in for an estimate for repair. Mechanical watches may require cleaning, new parts, etc. so it's difficult to give an estimate without seeing the watch. There is no charge for the estimate. Thank you for you interest.
